Highly unreliable communication. Picks up calls only whenever they want to. Misses deadlines. Revises quotes upwards from time to time. I ended up not being able to fix my unit before a hard deadline because they would just disregard my calls that was regarding promised dates. Would give zero stars if I could. ------------------------------------------------------ I have not mistaken. You are correct, I did not work with you because you ended up ghosting me after 5 weeks of haphazard communication.
