I was very satisfied with their service. They were able to send a technician within 3 hours after I called. The receptionist was very nice and kept me updated through the whole process. The technician listened carefully to my concerns and promptly made a diagnosis of the problem. He took care of the problem within an hour of arriving. My unit is located in the attic and their were no complaints about getting up in the attic. The only thing I found weird was that they did not take credit card payment on the spot. They send you a bill over the mail and then you have to call to pay with credit card over mail. Not a major inconvenience. However, if you are very busy it is just one more thing you have to do.
