I recently called to inquire about pricing for my store with a plumbing issue and was surprised by how the conversation was handled. I completely understand if your company has specific policies or limitations based on location—however, the way this was communicated felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. It's always helpful when such policies are explained clearly and respectfully. I believe good customer service plays a vital role in any business interaction.

Got charged $297.50 for them to come dig up dirt and throw it back in the hole. Didn't even do no work u realistic. They didn't do any real testing and I'm the one who informed them of the issues we were having they tried to use that as way of saying g they diagnosed our issues a freaking sham that's what the company is. Well they charged for their time out their they weren't here very long at all. I find it funny cause the guy kept leaving and being gone for quite some time. The whole operative time he was there was a whole 30mins. IT was halloween day. They could have at least did some work. They expect me to not be mad are you freaking kidding me. NOT USING THEM IN THE FUTURE THEIR FULL OF IT. No work rendered means no pay!! You don't pay for services that weren't performed. JUST SAYING

Call for free estimate!! Tore into heat left both heater and ac In operable never gave me an estimate was a day late lady working in the office was rude never told me what they did or gave me an estimate charge me $100 for leaving it a mess

I called E&M first thing in the morning to come out to fix my furnace; I had lost my heat overnight. I was 2nd in line on the list of getting a tech out to my house. I only had to wait about 20 minutes when a tech called and said he was on his way to my address. The tech was nice, professional and fixed the problem within 20 to 25 minutes. I had heat by 8:50 AM! I have used E&M before with the same excellent and professional response from the office tech to the field tech. These people know their stuff, they have been in business in Hutch many years and I, for one, will use them as long as I live in the area. Besides, they are nice people too!
