I called the Austin branch and was helped by Royel Flores. He knew exactly the answers to my questions and then sold me the products I was needing saving me so much money from previous purchases from other companies we've used in the past. It seems we have been buying hoses that were overkill and more than we needed for the equipment we were using. Mr Flores explained and proved to me that I never needed to call on anyone except him for our needs. He is a Professional at what he does and a asset to your company.

Don't know if it was the owner or manager,, But a skinny tall Asian looking guy with glasses Walked up opening up the store told us really rude to drag our hose around the back,,,,he seemed upset so I asked him politely if he was ok,,which in return he nope,,,as I was trying to get out of his way ,,he said ,,why? Are you ok?,,sounding confrontational ,,in turn they told us they had no hoses no fitings no nothing,,,,I wish these guys well,,but i ain't going back there,,

Whatever you need, Hector will find it. Great bunch of folks that will do everything they can to help you. Been using E & R for 4 years now.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their can do attitude is second to none. Would definitely recommend them for your industrial needs. They will also direct you to someone that can help if they can't.
