I called E&S and Shelly, who was nice and transparent, scheduled my appointment. Edwin showed up on time and replaced both garage door springs in a timely manner. If you have any issues with your garage small or large I recommend E&S. I had an emergency over the weekend when my springs broke and contacted E&S on Saturday. Without hesitation, they were able to come out on a short notice. The technician, Edwin, arrived promptly and was extremely knowledgeable. He not only quickly resolved the immediate issue with the springs but also performed routine maintenance on the entire system. I truly appreciate the clear, upfront quote-there were no hidden fees. Edwin explained the entire repair process throughly and professionally. I’m back to a fully functional and safer garage door thanks to E&S!
