I called at 8 am for a furnace down. The repair man was there in about an hour and fixed it quickly. I didn’t catch his name but he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional and had it up and running in a short time. I was very pleased with my experience. I will use them again!

The technician Joe Greenwood was super courteous, and absolutely knew exactly what he was doing. Took the furnace apart and found a mouse nest. He then took the unit off the wall, removed the back, and found more nest debris (plus a dead mouse). He cleaned everything thoroughly, and ran it from the thermostat to make sure the furnace and blower both worked. Efficient, expert, and polite. I am impressed and relieved. Awesome, and I will ask for this technician in the future. THANK YOU!! Update, since I can't figure out how to leave a second separate review: Joe came back to put a new gasket on, and did so with cheerful efficiency and expertise, arriving with everything he needed to do the job. He then made sure the furnace and blower were both running correctly and safely before he left. I

We called and ordered mini splits from EandV after trying unsuccessfully to get estimates from many other companies. Mr.Modlin visited us within days and gave us an estimate. He was cordial and very knowledgeable. After agreeing to a contract, the company sent 2 installers: Nate and Jammie. These installers were professional in every way. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and thorough. I was impressed with their punctuality and time they took to do things right! I would recommend these 2 installers without question!

After a month of no heat, I called E&V to do a diagnostic, turns out my inducer fan was nothing but rusty crumbs. Tony was quick about ordering the replacement part and Matt was quick and friendly installing it and explaining everything. Definitely recommend E&V :)
