EZ Roofing did an excellent job on my roof and fascia repairs. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Vivian was excellent and kept me updated with scheduling. Awesome customer service, she's very pleasant. The quality of the work stands out—everything looks solid and well done, and they took time to clean up afterward. They take pride in their work and wanted us to be satisfied. Colby responded to my questions promptly. He explained everything, I needed to know about the repairs. The Glory of God while providing roof repair and replacement: Well Vivian, Jeremy, Susan, Katie, Colby and Joe are all very friendly and very helpful. I liked working with everyone and I wish I had paid a little more attention to what Jeremy the sales person said when he said State Farm Insurance didn't cover enough roof shingles. State Farm Insurance must want you to buy everything at Lowe's Home Improvement. Well that was January of 2025 when he came to do the estimate. I felt that the estimate was reasonable and decided to go ahead with the project. They were behind on doing roof work and that was understood and I was not in a big rush. Had a great experience with E-Z Roofing & Construction. Joe (owner) was very knowledgeable, communicative, and easily accessible to any questions I had throughout the process. His team of leads and workers were respectful of our property and did a good job cleaning up after the project. The office staff were friendly and very helpful. They ensured that I had all of the necessary paperwork and documentation for my recordkeeping. Had old roof on the house and shop roof in much needed replacement. The Team at EZ Roffing were amazing. They helped us choose what we needed. Then in one weeks time removed 2 layers of old shingles off of our home. Installed all new decking, heat/vapor barrier and beautiful new metal roof on our home. Then, during the same week totally removed the dilapidated metal roof and frame from our shop. They installed an all new frame, all new decking with vapor barrier and last but not least the new metal roof. Both house and shop look amazing. Even better was the EZ Roofing Team work ethic. They worked very hard in the extreme heat, did a great job with clean up and were always a pleasure to talk with whenever we had a question.
