We wanted to put in a garage door opener. We had made some inquiries with other companies, but were discouraged due to long wait times, unknowns and a bunch of what ifs. We made phone contact with EZ-UP and expressed our needs. After initial contact, they requested a few images of the garage space and the doors. The EZ-Up guy (Marty) helped educate us regarding the choices and prices available. With their familiarity of the products, they made a recommendation. We picked the unit that seemed best suited and gave them directions to our home. We made a plan and got on "the list". We got a call back a few days later. Then 2 Gentlemen, Marty and Tony, showed up within a week. Surprisingly, the wait time was not bad at all. They took care of everything. While doing the install, they had to do s
