Please do not waste your time with this company especially Chris Brewer. He came out to our house in Sugar Land Texas and replaced our electrical panel in our home. We paid him in full for the job but when the city of Sugar Land Texas came out to inspect the job that was done they failed it because it was not done properly. We have called Mr Brewer many times and he will not return our phone call. Chris Brewer electrical license is expired and apparently he can't get it renewed so he is working under another electrician name I believe it is Mr Watts. This guy is a terrible man and can't tell the truth so please do no waste your time and money. We are going to call channel 2 & channel 13 to report this scammer. E-Zone Electric did a wonderful and professional job after we had lightening damage to our house last month. They assisted us by providing the documents we needed to get the insurance claim rolling, showed up right on time for the job, and the work itself was completed in a timely and professional manner. Every single person I met or spoke with on the phone was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend E-Zone Electric, and I will be using them again should the need arise.

We recently had an electrical emergency at our home. Chris came out right away to assess the situation. Gabe came out the same day to make the repairs. We were very happy with the quick response, quality workmanship, and professionalism of both Chris and Gabe. The insurance adjuster came to investigate a few days later. Chris went out of his way to be here for our meeting and to make himself available for any questions the adjuster had. We are forever grateful to Chris and Gabe for taking care of the situation and getting our family back into our home so quickly. We highly recommend E-Zone Electric!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I called them on 8/19/19 to get an isolated circuit to my microwave because the breaker tripped every time I used it. They told me someone would come the next day. I was impressed. They called later and said, no it would be the following week, on Monday 8/26/19. I then made an appointment to have blown in attic insulation for 8/27/19. I called E Zone Electric on Friday 8/23/19 to verify that they were coming on Monday, because I didn’t want anyone in the attic disturbing my new insulation after 8/27. They assured me that someone would be at my house between 11-2pm. I called at 1 pm, 2pm, and 3 pm. No one answered the phone, so I left messages. No response. I went to the office. It was locked up. So now I have $3000 of new insulation in my attic, and

Several outlets around our main living room didn't work and the lights couldn't be turned on. We suspected it probably had to do with a faulty circuit breaker. We called E-zone electric out to diagnose the issue. The technicians showed up promptly and very professional. Within 5 minutes of opening the main panel of all the circuit breakers, they found that there was one loose one. All they had to do was tighten the loose one and it was fixed. How much did they charge for this 5-minute diagnostic and tightening of the loose component? $170. When I called the company to ask them why they charge so much for a diagnostic service where they did not have to essential fix or replace any broken component, they said their usual service fee is $65 and the lowest charge is about $90 for a simple serv
