E6 Plumbing

I hired E6 plumbing, but have found out that he lacks basic customer service skills, such as texting or calling to let you know he isn't going to show up. He prioritizes supposed emergency calls over customers that have already put a down-payment and are waiting so their job can move forward. He leaves for 2 weeks in the middle of a job with no thought for the customer. He does not communicate at all, just shows when he wants to, not when he tells you he will be there.

I called and they never returned the calls. I’ve called them repetitively for two weeks. I hear that they’re the best and that’s why they’re so busy but it’s not cool to not return calls but I guess they’re just too busy. However, if that’s the case, they need to put some thing in the voicemail that says were booked and give a reference to somebody else

We called Jon last week and he come out to checkout my Problems. We was waiting of a new Dishwasher and to repair 1 Toilet what a Handyman didn't put the right way back. We called Jon few Days ago that the Dishwasher was finally here. He come today and installed the Toilet the right way and he installed the Dishwasher. Thank you Jon you did a excellent Job and the 2 young Men's too

Called to have my drain in bathroom unclogged. They spent 5 minutes trying to snake it and it wouldn’t work. Then I got charged $110. Had I been told this is what it was going to cost before they came, I would’ve bought a small snake or rented one for $20 and saved the money! I expected a fair charge, not to get price gouged! After I complained to worker about the price, I was told the company would apply the amount to an estimate I requested to replace approximately 10-15 ft. Of 1/2” gas pipe. I waited a week and never heard back. Called them about estimate and was told someone would get back to me. Next day I get an estimate sent by email for $1,000 to replace the pipe. No detailed estimate, just $1000 price! As a retired contractor I’m just dumbfounded at this estimate! My complaint

The business answered and took down intake information, and said they would call back to schedule. They never called back and I had to get another company the next day.
