Matt was very pleasant to work with and up front about the problem and potential cost. When he discovered a second part was needed he was quick to grab it and return to complete the repair so I wouldn't be late for an appointment. We have used Eades for about 3 years now. Going in, they knew our AC unit was old, and worked with us to keep it running. Unfortunately after 31 years of service, our unit eventually failed. Naturally we went to Eades for a new system, and we couldn't be happier we did. They replaced our furnace, air conditioner, air handler, and hot water heater (at our request). Their workmanship was exceptional, their crew was neat and polite, and they did everything they said they were going to do. They even assisted us with a minor issue on our breaker box. Their prices were competitive, and the owner Ron has a genuine honest attitude that is rare in this day in age. Overall this was a very positive experience.

Amazing service! I called one afternoon about a possible issue with my A/C, and over the phone he pretty much knew the issue. The service tech arrived in 20min, diagnosed, and repaired the blower and capacitor on my condenser! The tech also checked levels, etc. From the time I called, to the time the tech left was 1hr! On top of the fast service, the service tech was very nice and respectful. They will have all my business from now on! Thank you!!

July 23 2025 had another company come to home for AC maintenance and repair leak at fitting to drain pipe. They could not fix leak. left us with no AC in over 110 degree heat index. July 24, 2025 Eades sent tech who stopped the leak an got us AC just in time for another hot day. Based on this, we called Ron at Eades. Ron came over and gave us a reasonable quote on new AC system. Ron also explained current setup problems. Ron and crew came out July 30, 2025 and installed great new installed new air conditioner system plus corrected previous design flaws. The bill for Eades tech who stopped leak was less than bill from another company who had no staff with ability to stop leak.
