Kenny is a savior. Had multiple exterminators review the property and could not locate the carcass causing the infestation in my home. He found it in minutes. He is a SAVIOR and excellent. I cannot sing his praises enough.

We have had a wonderful experience with our service representative, Bob, and Eagle Exterminating Co. Bob is professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and truly a joy every time we see him. He is diligent in taking care of pest control service for our family. We highly recommend Bob and Eagle, and use them for our residential as well as commercial service. Even our rescue dog, Apollo, loves Bob!

This is one of the greatest pest control companies I've ever encountered. Matt does an excellent job. He is right on time, very professional! Matt is dedicated to his customers. Being in Florida we know how bugs are outside. If I ever have an issue with ones all I have to do is let Matt know and he comes to take care of them usually that day. Bob was super friendly and professional. He got in all the nook and crannies. He also didn't mind my hyperactive dog and my cat followed him around the whole house and he didn't mind him one bit ( pretty sure they became friends) You can tell that he actually cares about your animals and family and taking care of the issue compared to some larger companies.

John, our technician for the last 10 years, is great. He is thorough and proactive. You could set your watch by his prompt arrival times. Issue: The accounting department. 1/ No discount for prepaying annually. 2/ When we do prepay annually, they continue to waste the company's money by sending us a bill and a return envelope each month.
