I highly recommend Eagle Eye Construction. They completed two projects in 2025 at my 100-year-old midtown home. While I say two, they actually came out twice because I ended up tweaking and adding to both projects—and the owner, Brad, was great about accommodating those changes. From start to finish, it was an enjoyable experience. They handled all the little things like true professionals: showing up on time, cleaning up after themselves, and being considerate of the neighbors. As for the work itself, this isn’t your typical construction company—Brad clearly knows what he’s doing, and you can tell his knowledge comes from real education and experience. Brad and his crew over at Eagle Eye Construction are a God send. Knowledge he has I was so amazed with and later found out he is also an Engineer. When I was made aware of this knowing the OCD of most engineers combined with running the job and crews, I said this is a no brainer to me. Well I expected a great job from Brad and after working with Champion Concrete and others, I was absolutely blown away with attention to details. I will not go anywhere else from now on. No one else will exist or stack up to the quality workmanship and planning this man produces. Never thought I would find someone else that that worked as I do myself. Thank you Brad and Eagle Eye Construction for work well done.
