Eagle Fence Distribution

Great place to deliver to! They are down a dead-end street with a cul-de-sac so they have overnight parking outside their gate. They start arriving around 6:15 AM. Started unloading me around 7 AM. Customer service is horrible. My husband spent thousands of dollars and got several wrong parts. Went back back for the right parts was given wrong parts again and was talked to crazy. would not recommend doing business here

We ordered some fencing that we clearly told Lorenzo was residential. When we arrived they brought out a bag of fittings that was wrong. We went back in to get the correct parts. They bring us the new parts and it was still missing some parts so we go back in again to get the correct parts. The old guy in the office said " maybe you need to have someone else build your gates" I then say the guy didn't have to be an rude. Now all of a sudden they don't have the parts we need anymore. I felt belittled by their poor customer service and do not like being told that I lied when I know for sure what I said. I will never recommend Eagle Fencing
