Im not going to say that they are a bad company because i would be lying. But in my case, their inspection did not help me at all. Based on their inspections , the house was in great shape with just very little details to fix. 3 days after i moved, the basement got flooded. When i contact the closing attorney , he asked for an estimate of the damages and suggested me to contact my insurance, and so i did. When the insurance came to inspect the house, the first thing the asked was if i had a home inspection before i purchased the house. They suggested me to call the city because they found visible violations, which they wonder how come they missed them. For my good luck, the city came the next day. Eagle Home Inspections was easy to work with, showed up exactly on time and conducted a thorough inspection of the home we were buying. My Eagle home inspector,Elizabeth Rivard , was excellent. She explained prior to inspecting a feature what she was looking for and how it could impact me. As she inspected, she told me what she was seeing, if it was acceptable, and what preventative maintenance and frequency is needed . She uncovered several things that I was completely unaware of. Eagle did an outstanding job for my son about a year earlier which is why I selected them. They are very professional, very accommodating with regards to timing, and very nice people.
