Todd did such a thorough job on our first home inspection that we asked him to do a second one a few weeks later! He is communicative, friendly, on time, and lets you tag along and ask questions and learn about the property. His contract explains in detail what his time and report will cover so that you understand what you're paying for, and his report is conveniently broken down into categories with photos. I will work with him again on future contracts and recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy a home and negotiate with sellers on such an important purchase!

Todd is awesome and thurough. He spent two hours inspecting the house, the report is well laid out and very detailed, and he charges a reasonable price. He even inspected the roof in the rain which is above and beyond in my opinion! I'd gladly work with Todd again.

My experience with Eagle Land was terrible. The home inspection report was delayed and lacked some property details. After payment, Todd disappeared, making it impossible to address questions or concerns. I should have been more cautious from the start because this business doesn't even have a valid phone number for contact, which should have raised a major red flag.
