I have been coming there for years. What i don’t understand the owners son wants to apply new rules after his own employees are doing there job wrong. And than he has the nerves to tell me i been screwing him while it’s his employees not me. That’s what i get for being honest i get treated wrong. I promise i will never go there again while the owners son there. He is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional person. I own a big business i don’t have time for kids that uneducated to speak to me with disrespectful. The owner himself is a very nice person and respectful.

I went into eagle not knowing anything about what I needed for a home project. The people there were so kind to me and very helpful picking out supplies. I especially liked the girl at the desk I think her name is Kara

Ordered crushed rock delivered multiple times. They showed up fast, gave me a heads up when they were on their way and were very courteous. They took the time to place the load where I wanted it even though it was a little bit difficult and inconvenient for them. I am very loyal to this company for my landscaping needs and have returned many times since. The front desk is also willing to answer my questions. Their prices are also competitive and fair.

Called ahead to confirm they take dyed concrete, was told yes and quoted $25. When I arrived and they wanted $62, I told them I would not have driven out had they not told me $25 for dyed concrete. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake and burdening the cost with grace, Alex patronizingly told me that they’d make an exception this time but not in the future as though I should be so grateful. Why should I burden the cost of a mistake made by the business in the first place? 😂 Oh and that was after I was the first to volunteer that if they make an exception this time I’ll know for the future what the policy is despite any contradictory claims made by employees. I wouldn’t be surprised if I get trespassed out of retaliation for leaving an honest review. These seem like those kind
