Eagle Parking 250 Pharr Road

When my friend & I went to Habitat, we stop to park at this public parking not knowing that its a “ private parking lot” from what they have sent me in mail. I look up on my browser & it did not say anything about “ PRIVATE PARKING LOT” & this place is a SCAM! How is public and private is the same thing??! if this company going to charge this place for the customer to park, at least change your sign to “ private parking lot “ instead of “ public “. A whole as scam! It’s ridiculous!!!

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! I didn’t read the reviews till after I got hit. Multiple cars broken into including mine! Definitely a group who runs the garage and checks vehicles. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

DO. NOT. PARK. HERE. Predatory, greedy, unethical "parking company" called Professional Parking Management, who are HUGE scammers!! I overstayed by a bit and was sent an $85.00 bill in the mail. Then they have the audacity to charge you an additional $4.99 to pay online or by phone! Sickening!!

I would not suggest parking here. I used app payments as suggested in the most recent review and overstayed a few minutes while visiting a friend in a neighboring apartment. This lot has now charged me $65 to $90 for "overstaying" (reduced rate if I pay within 30 days of the date of the notice). They claim that this is apparent on their posted parking rules, but from what I recall, there's no notice of this posted in a clear and accessible manner (maybe in fine print for this less-than-fine establishment). In any event, it's an unenforceable adhesion contract and should not be respected.

Stay away from this parking garage. My car was broken into between 6pm -8:15pm on 3/17/25. Shattered passenger side window. Why have cameras if you don’t provide a safe space?
