Eagle Pest Management - Heber Springs

I was looking through my home files and was wondering when my contracted termite inspection would be done on my house. I called Eagle Pest control and they told me an invoice had been sent to my home. I told them I hadn't received it. The receptionist on the phone said it was sent. I then asked if it would have been possible for them to call me regarding the inspection? She then said that was not their policy and the invoice had been sent. I again said I didn't receive as for the reason for the call. I then questioned the customer service in not getting a courtesy call. The next supervisor verified "they" were having trouble with the "mail" and I was not the only one who did not receive the invoice. She promptly said "they" are not responsible for the "mail." Had bedbugs, they came in and treated. No bedbugs any more
