My AC went out over late summer this year. Amber and the team really stepped up and helped out. Although they don't do as much old build residential stuff they still came out and took a look. Customer service was spot on and the techs were hardworking. I had also asked them to check out heating unit as well and the technician spent over an hour up in the attic working on it on a hot day. He got everything working and I truly appreciate his commitment to getting it done and done correctly. Everything in my HVAC system has worked great since! Eagle Air has amazing people and I will continue to recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a new home from DRHorton who used Eagle Air to install the HVAC. We had and still have problems with the unit. Eagle air came out 2 times to address the same problem while the unit was under warranty. The problem still exists, however the warranty expired and they refuse to come out unless I pay out of pocket. I contacted DRhorton, they don’t care. Our neighbor had the same problem. We now have to hire another company to address the problem.
