it's only after you have a truly atrocious experience do you learn the history of a company that has repeatedly either withheld refunds, had a manager that pled guilty to multiple felonies including grand larceny/theft. They hire the same here. If you care about customer service on any level, this is likely to be one of your worst or most interesting experiences - that is, if you're unfortunate to work with "Shumaila Kanwal - Sales Manager". She has the complete absence of tact and she emails like a petulant teenager. She also, is either purposefully misleading (will quote or lead you on about a product and price) or entirely incompetent. I have a bocce court at home, and your materials and service have been excellent!! I've used both the 3/8ths oyster shell product, and the oyster flour. Some of the other suppliers require a full ton minimum, which is a challenge in many ways. Your communication has been outstanding throughout the entire delivery process.

I came here as an artist looking for landscaping rock to use for sculpture. They have the best and widest selection of both local and nationally sourced boulders available in the region. There were so many beautiful choices, its hard to pick!! Christopher and Richard were very accommodating with all questions and advice. Highly recommend.

I have to say, they went above and beyond to get me what I needed to create my vision in Oregon. It took a while and patience, but in the end they provided me what I wanted and could not find anywhere else after searching the entire west coast. ESR always responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion. The owner Chris actually delivered my boulders personally and it was a pleasure to meet him and work with everyone at ESR.
