Here's their business model: Show up, spread charm, draw you in, never get back to you again with the promised estimate. Kelley showed up March 27th, 2023. It is now May 22, and in spite of TWO phone calls to the office, assured both times she'd get to the estimate shortly, the last call was over TWO weeks ago. Still not a peep from them. If there are 5 star reviews they must have been expensive projects (though mine was to be over $3000, hardly cheap), or they were flukes because my experience was totally negative. Does no one want to work today?

I have nothing negative to say about their work because we never made it that far. Came to give us a quote and completely ghosted us. Never responded to any contact attempts.

What can I say, what a great bunch of people..Bob, Kelly, Chris..the entire crew. Sadler's promptly returned phone calls, notified me of any potential delays, showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do, all at the most reasonable price in the Parkersburg area. What more could you ask for? After working with many contractors over the past 2 years, Sadler's was a breath of fresh air. If you are in the market for a landscaping project, make sure you give these guys a call.

Earthworks has been handling commercial lawn, landscaping and snow removal for me for awhile now. They never disappoint and do their job well. Def worth calling
