Earthscapes did a great Job with a recent landscape project we had done to our home in Weybourne landings, John and his crew were fantastic.! From the estimate to the install and follow up they did a great job .

Bought a new home in OTOW. Been in there 4 months now. Contacted OTOW warranty person who came out and tried to fix our sprinklers which had popped up (an entire zone in the grass).He could not fix them so he contacted Earthscapes about coming out and fixing them on June 8th. June 9th the response: Earthscapes owner says: This isn’t warranty. They need to clean around the heads and spray them with a lubricant. They think this is a homeowner maintenance issue. If you still would like them to come and do this then it Would be at homeowner expense. Well, then OTOW said they would send them and pay for it. No show. No contact. We cannot mow our lawn as the heads are up in the grass, NOT in the mulch. OH and BTW under the sod which was not well rolled down I found squished water bottle and a

This is the worse place to have your landscaping done they put the most awful grass in last year and when we complained about it all they said was keep putting fertilizer on it we have and it still looks awful they don't want to take responsibility . DON'T USE them unless you want your money to go down the drain. And John is terrible at customer service.

Not sure what Lynda is talking about. I've dealt with Earthscapes on many occasions and they have treated me like family!!!! One of the most honest people around!!!!

Not impressed to find that my new yard came with only a 30 day warranty. I closed, came back two months later the winter, now I'm out of warranty.
