I contacted Ease Roofing after noticing a few lifted shingles during an insurance renewal. There were no leaks at the time. I was told the shingles needed to be replaced and that it was a straightforward repair. I received multiple quotes, and Ease Roofing fell in the middle, which seemed reasonable. At the initial evaluation, I was given one price for the repair. During that same visit, they also pushed a quote for a full roof replacement, even though the roof is only four years old. I made it clear I was not interested in a new roof and only wanted the agreed repair. After the repair contract was signed, the price suddenly increased when they claimed the work was more extensive. I was disappointed with my experience with Ease Roofing. Communication was inconsistent — it was hard to get updates on the schedule, and some promises about completion times weren’t kept. Additionally, the quality of work didn’t meet my expectations; I noticed issues that needed follow-up after the job was supposedly finished. Overall, I expected more professionalism and attention to detail. I hope they improve their service for future customers.

⭐ 1 STAR – AVOID AT ALL COSTS This was hands down one of the worst contractor experiences I’ve ever had. Communication was almost nonexistent. Calls and messages went unanswered, timelines were vague, and I constantly had to chase someone down just to get basic information. If you value transparency or professionalism, this company is not it. The biggest issue: I was charged extra for plywood that was clearly INCLUDED in the original quote. There was no proper explanation, no prior approval, and no attempt to make it right. Just a surprise upcharge after the fact, which feels deceptive and unethical. Absolutely terrible experience. This company was unprofessional, unreliable, and a complete headache from start to finish. Communication was almost nonexistent, deadlines were ignored, and the quality of work was unacceptable. Once they got paid, they clearly stopped caring. I regret ever hiring them and would strongly warn others to stay far away.

Complete scam. My grandmother reached out and all they did was bring more problems for her. We have been trying to reach out and communicate, but they have failed to reach back out or respond to come to a resolution.
