Had Ben come out and replace the old manual timer I had on my pool with a new WiFi-enabled one from DEWENWILS. Ben swapped them out and hooked everything up, he made it look easy! I absolutely recommend East Bay Pools, they are top-notch! 👏

Not only did he pinpoint exactly where the issue was (which started after my pool was resurfaced), but he also took the time to educate me on how my entire pool system works. He didn’t just fix the problem—he mapped out a clear, step-by-step plan to stop the leak and get my pool running in top condition again. What I really appreciated was the extra attention to detail. Since my pool is uncovered, he even explained how to adjust my pool drains so that all the leaves would naturally accumulate in one area for easier cleaning. Can’t recommend East Bay Pools enough! They came out right away and were able to drain and clean our pool from hurricane flooding. They got the pool back up and running and able to fix the damage.
