East Carolina Softwash LLC

It started from the first contact- when I inquired about having Softwash to stop by for their recommendation to pressure wash our home-they had technician in my driveway literally 20mins later. Wow! now that's service. The team was schedule the following day arrive on time, properly dress, professional and polite. Josh Daniels and another tech was on point and did a wonderful job cleaning our home. The home looks brand new-like from day one. Thanks again- Don and Brenda D.

Extremely disappointed, and actually wondering if this company has even gone out of business. When you come to my home to tell me, you will take care of some spots that are covered under warranty, that it’s no big deal and we have a few months to do it- ok. We met June 6 and you stated you lived nearby and were “gonna come back to check it after the rain and and follow up” - now it’s November. No answering the phone and no response through the text message system that I was ENCOURAGED to use. Joshua came to my home. Please see more recent reviews that state similar concerns and frankly worse matters. I will seek another company for future cleanings and touchup of spots that EC Softwash stated they would cover and did not do so. Was considering using them for re-washes but absolutely will

This is the second year I have used East Carolina Softwash to clean the my house and deck.. The finished product speaks volume. My neighbors could recognize the difference in my house when they finished. I will use them again next year because I know professional and great job.

If I could give less than one star, I would. And, Joshua knows exactly why. If he doesn’t soon make good on his word, y’all will be seeing the pics & narrative soon. He’s had 10 months to make right on his part. Do your homework before using this company, including proof of full insurance.

My husband is standing in our yard when a car rides by and throws this rock and advertisement on our lawn!!! How tacky and unprofessional is this!!!! Too cheap to pay for proper advertising so you throw rocks to get attention!!! I would like to add that it is NOT a little rock. I can’t close my hand around it. Who rides around throwing stuff in peoples’ yard. You are not delivering newspapers!!!!
