I recently had my mattress cleaned by East Coast Cleaning Services LLC in Massachusetts, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mohamed was communicative from start to finish, from initiating the order all the way through completing the job. Upon arrival, he was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. The quality of service was excellent—my mattress looked and felt significantly better afterward. I even had my family try out the bed to make sure it wasn’t just me, and they noticed the difference as well. For the price and quality of service, I would absolutely recommend East Coast Cleaning Services to anyone. I’m very glad I chose them.

I would highly recommend Mohamed Abdo, East Coast Cleaning. Mohamed was prompt, polite, and worked diligently to clean my carpet. Several set-in stains were removed and he deodorized the carpet when he was finished. Mohamed even called me the next day to ask if I was satisfied with the cleaning. Very pleased with his work.

I contracted Mohammad to come out to clean my carpets in 2 bedrooms and a downstairs family room. He showed up on time. But that was the only thing he did right. He was supposed to clean the wall to wall carpet in those 3 rooms but didn't move any beds or dressers in the bedrooms. When I asked him if he cleaned under the beds he told me he did. But after he was gone I went up and looked and it was never touched. I called him that night and he said he would come out in the morning and do under the bed. After he left I was moving things around and noticed that he never moved the dresser and cleaned under that. So I got half cleaned carpets but paid full price.
