It has been extremely frustrating trying to get in contact with anyone—especially Jack. After numerous calls and messages, Jack finally responded and scheduled an appointment to inspect the stress cracks forming in our concrete. Unfortunately, he failed to show up for the scheduled visit, and did not call to cancel or reschedule. We have now spent over a month trying to get this issue addressed, consistently leaving messages—at least once a week—without any meaningful response. When Jack finally agreed to a second appointment, he once again did not show up, offering no communication or explanation. This is not only unprofessional, it also shows a complete disregard for our time—we had to rearrange work schedules twice to ensure we were available. What makes this even more concerning is t

We had them out to widen a doorway and enlarge a pop window in our basement foundation. They did a great job with understandable damage to the lawn (lots of water when you're cutting concrete) and concrete dust on the stamped concrete patio. They cleaned up and were great all around. Would 100% use them again.
