Has initial quote done and decided it would be too tacky to just have patches fixed; received quote and signed for whole driveway; after rain delayed prior dates asked that they complete job 1st of September; received a call two weeks ago they would be starting the following week; they arrived last week, removed the two patches that morning and left for the day; returned Friday and completed two patches and called for payment; I wanted to pay with a credit card, he first said I couldn’t pay with a credit card; when I questioned it, then he said he would have to charge extra per hundred dollars if he took a credit card payment; none of this was communicated in the contract or verbally; he said they would be back Monday to remove sticks, tape and put the grass back but did not show up; when
