Mike and Rob are amazing people and great at what they do. They are honest, reliable, and kind—and they truly care about their customers. They made the lead remediation process in my 100-year-old home easier than I could have imagined, and were always patient when answering questions. Mike and Rob are very knowledgeable about all manner of lead issues and other hazards. They were extremely thorough and very careful with following proper lead safety procedures including cleanup. I had a hard time finding an EPA- and DLI-licensed lead abatement company but I’m so glad I found East Coast Environmental; they are true gems!

Mike and Rob handled a challenging job encapsulating very old external lead paint at our house. Many paint companies claim they are EPA certified to handle lead paint but Mike is the real deal. Everything is carefully covered, methodical, and precise. The other thing you will notice is that the bigger companies all make their money by maximizing the number of housing units they can complete and this results in a lot of rushing and sloppy work, which creates risk for the homeowner. Mike is the opposite. He treats your house like it's his own and doesn't speed through the job. In short I would definitely hire him again and am completely satisfied with the job.
