I had been waiting on a quote for new countertops from another local company for about 2 weeks when I called East Coast Granite and spoke with Tanya. She came out the same day and I had a quote that afternoon. The quote was where I wanted to be from a cost perspective so we scheduled installation. From start to finish, communication has been excellent. Each person that came to our home from installation crew to their plumber has been professional and pleasant to work with. They really care about customer satisfaction. No concern was too small and given special attention. I am so glad I called them. Our countertops are beautiful.
