East Coast Granite of Wilmington - Market Street

We had an amazing experience with East Coast Granite Wilmington. They walked us through each step of our kitchen remodel and we are blown away with the results and customer service. We chose quartz countertops for our 1960s kitchen remodel and so happy with the install. Highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future for another project.

This company wasted our time, money, and patience. Then they tried to charge us extra for a job the owner admitted was incomplete and done with materials that will crack in 2 weeks. That admission came through yelling and gaslighting... In a Calvin Klein tracksuit, no less. In the end we had to hire another company just to finish the job so we could actually use our kitchen, three months later than promised and after spending even more money than contracted because of their mistakes. Don't get distracted by the cheaper quote. We did, and learned exactly why it was cheaper at the beginning. It was definitely not cheaper in the end.

This is the second time we've used East Coast Granite for our kitchen countertops. We were happy with their work in our last place, but we're over the moon with their most recent work. From the guidance and support that we received from Jackson and Lucio, to the amazing eye and craftsmanship of the fabricator, we couldn't be more satisfied. The product selections/choices were abundant, the communication was timely and professional, the pricing was very competitive, and the installation was excellent. Because you'll need to see the entire piece that you're purchasing, and not just a swatch, your rep will take you to the yard to see your choices; this is essential as there is wide variability in natural stone.
