East Coast Granite & Tile - Greenville

I recently had a quartzite kitchen countertop installed by East Coast Granite & Tile, and they did an outstanding job. The countertop looks beautiful and completely transformed the kitchen. We noticed a little chipping around the sink afterward, so we called Tim to take a look. He came out, softened the corner to prevent future chipping, and repaired the small spots perfectly. I’ll definitely use them again for any future countertop projects.

I had granite countertops installed a few months ago, and noticed a fissure along the sink by the faucet. Since this is natural stone, it was not unexpected. Recently, a small piece of the granite broke off from the fissure. I called and left a message, and shortly thereafter, Sue returned my call. She sent a vert talented repairman, Tim, to repair the small break. The repair is so good that you cannot even see where the break was! East Coast Granite excels at customer service. I would give them ten stars if I could!

We chose Zumaia Quartzite which we fell in love with at first sight but we were a little nervous with the colors & blending with our choice of new floors. Dustin went above and beyond. Today we had our beautiful white cabinets installed. What a difference. Our sales consultant Dustin Stiles did an awesome job helping with the layout. The installers were very efficient and the price was on point. We are impressed with the quality. Next comes the granite. Can’t wait!!

Installers are more worried about the weekend than the details of carefully installing the counters. They smashed a hole into the drywall and didn’t even blink or apologize. Majorly bumped the island cabinets shifting them which threw them off alignment - all cabinets were level and perfect until the installers stepped foot inside the house. Now because the of how they installed the sink (not using the manufacturer’s tabs instead used a third party bracket) the plumbing can’t be hooked up until they come back in another week to remove the sink and realign the cabinets. Unprofessional- oh yeah the installers had these weird steel Fang vampire like implants in his lip - everyone makes their choice of how they want to look like - it’s not a great look for trades people as this all falls in l
