East Coast Granite & Tile - Poinsett

I recently had new Quartz counter tops installed in my kitchen and both bathrooms. Ira Lerner was a wonderful salesperson and great communicator. Any issues I had, he responded immediately. Kudos to Christian for installing my bathroom sinks and Tim did a great job on a couple cosmetic issues. The whole team went over and beyond during the whole process.

I worked with Scott from the Poinsett location and he was fantastic to work with. I was entirely new to the whole countertop process while building my first home. Scott was very kind and knowledgeable walking me through the entire process. Scott also walked me through all of the options and was very thorough in explaining all of the details and what they meant working toward the final countertop I received. East coast is a very professional level business that genuinely wants to get things done correctly the first time. Scott was always available to take my questions and was able to give me realistic timelines so I knew what to expect going through this process. I highly recommend Scott and his team to anyone looking into renovating or new installation for their countertops.

Called Scott about a granite slab we had seen. He was very helpful. Arranged a meeting within an hour and met at the warehouse. By the end of the visit we had picked out our countertops and set up for follow up appointment. He was through in answering questions and keeping us updated on progress. Made follow up call to check our satisfaction. We had been dealing with another company for about 4 weeks and had not even gotten a price on what we had picked out. In a couple hours Scott had us all fixed up. Great job on his part.

Scott was extremely helpful and delivered on what he promised. Scott was on time from the very beginning and kept us updated on each appt. the guys at the warehouse were very helpful and patient. The installers were prompt and very professional. This was our 2nd project using them and we will definitely be using them again when we start our 2nd phase in the kitchen.
