RUN!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Do your own due diligence and find all the most awful reviews online! I made the mistake of not looking deeper and boy am I sorry! They now have $48,000 of my money and left me with a completely uninhabitable condo! Seems this is what they do .... rob Peter pay Paul and keep moving on to the next victim! AND....they have complaints against them with the Home Improvement Commission. Today I discovered that the owner - Jimmy Franchetti - 'voluntarily terminated' is Contractors License! No doubt because people are coming after him! NIghtmare!

This company dug up my neighbors yard to replace the sewage pipe 3-4 month's ago. In the process they destroyed my garden and yard. They left the ground upgraded and full of bricks and trash. I have been called them weekly for the past month or so requesting them to come fix the damage they did but they couldn't care less. When I call to speak to the owner, Jimmy, he doesn't have time to or doesn't care to talk to me. His receptionist can only relay the message to him, and he never responds. Very unprofessional company. Very disrespectful to destroyed someone's property and then treat them like they are an inconvenience. Unfortunately looks like I will have to take them to small claims court to get this matter resolved.

RUN, just RUN…They took my money and never finished the work, they destroyed my basement and left the mess everywhere and then jimmy franchetti stopped taking my calls and answering my emails. This is a horrible company, I wish I could give 0 star. DO NOT do business with this company.
