Our furnace quit on us during the coldest weather we've experineced in a long time, with nighttime temperatures falling well below zero. The response from East Coast Mechanical was nothing short of amazing. A sales rep, Dave Crispino, arrived the very next morning and treated us like family, explaining everything from equipment and financing options to maintenance and warranty information. Two days later we had a new furnace installed by lunchtime! The guys did an outstanding job and, other than having a brand-new furnace, you'd never know they had been there. The work area was spotless when they left. They were friendly, highly professional, and treated our home as if it were their own. I can't say enough good things about East Coast Mechanical and would highly recommend them to anyone

Have had the pleasure of using East coast for many years always go above and beyond, especially this last January when it was negative numbers and the furnace needed replacement. Every time I call, which can be a lot, Bri with customer service is always willing to assist and help resolve the issue as quickly and safely as possible. Bri is very patient, polite and wants to satisfy her customers. Their technicians, especially Tyler is willing to work with you and takes the time to explain things to their customers to understand their systems. They follow up when they say they will, they call ahead and if there is a problem they really want to fix it the honest way.

My Furnice stopped working on a very cold Saturday. After making 5 emergency calls East Coast was the only company responded quickly . The secretary and and the HVAC Tech Were very polite and proffesionals . Cole came and explained in details what was wrong, fixed and left everything clean .He exceeded my expectations and did an ecxellent job!

Our CO detectors went off in August. They came out and determined everything is ok. We replaced the old ones a month ago. The new one went off almost a week ago. CO on all three floors. There was a deteriorated seal and a leaking heat exchanger because of an incorrectly installed seal. We have had no heat or hot water during this cold snap, and they are still waiting on the part. Very unhappy with this whole situation. I’d like an explanation as to why this was not found in August and fixed. Oh, and we are seniors.
