East Coast Safe and Lock Inc had high reviews so I gave them a call for our locksmithing needs. Tina, in the office was professional, friendly, and very helpful figuring our needs and then scheduling us with a service tech. Mark came out exactly on schedule and wasted no time to get the job done. Not only was he skilled in what he did, he was very efficient, friendly and explained anything we had a question about. In our book, this is a top notch company and a pleasure to have done business with.

My husband and I called around to get our redhead safe lock changed out from a dial lock to a keypad lock, and barely anyone around the area seemed confident in how to change the lock out. However, this company was extremely confident in their product knowledge, and they knew exactly how much it would cost, how long it would take, and delivered higher than expected. I HIGHLY suggest using them over anyone else in the west palm are if you need anything for your locks. The service technician, Mark, was also fantastic and was very intelligent and professional.

Went to East Coast after I couldn’t get my key made at both Home Depot and Lowe’s. It was a rare key that he had. Great professionalism, I highly recommend them. Would definitely use this company again!
