We walked into East Coast Tile's showroom on a Saturday on the recommendation of a friend. Truthfully, we had no real idea what style or design we wanted for our master bathroom remodel. Tamara was on duty that day and everyday throughout the process. She picked our brains, reviewed several floor, shower wall, accent tiles along with several designs with us. The following week Tamara came to our home to help make final decisions and to take all of the appropriate measurements. Charlie was the installer who is very courteous and extremely talented. His work amazed me. We did experience a few delays, but they were due to a resurgence of COVID and the Flu, no fault of East Coast Tile. Communications throughout the process were very timely and accurate which can be an issue in current times.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with East Coast tile company from the start. Their professionalism was severely lacking, and the quality of work they provided was subpar. When I raised concerns about the issues, they showed no accountability or willingness to rectify the situation. For example, they installed a tile floor in my bathroom shower which started to crack in the grouting. When I called them to fix it, they essentially blamed me, telling me that I never should have used glass tile on the floor. Meanwhile, they were the ones that installed the tile and at no point did they tell me not to use glass tile. Not only did I purchase that particular tile because a tile professional recommended it, but the issue was with the grouting not the glass tile, which the company refus

Second time I’ve used East Coast. On both occasions they were great to work with and did an outstanding job. Charlie did our first installation and I believe Edward did the second at my daughters residence. Tracy at the showroom was outstanding and great to work with. Keep us up dated on tile and installation, she was on top of it. Definitely use them again.

I’m sure their tile work is amazing as well, but I want to thank them for their help this morning changing my tire. I unfortunately did not get their names, but it was a son and his father. I had a flat and pulled into this business and while i was waiting on roadside assistance I was asked 3 times if I needed help. After waiting 2 hours for roadside assistance & them then telling me they wouldn’t be there for another 40 minutes, the son immediately came out and started helping me, then went in and got his dad to help as well. I’m sorry I did not get your names but thank you so so much for your kind actions this morning!!!
