All the people from this company that I have met are hands down FANTASTIC people! Easy to work with, polite, and most importantly, prompt. I have never had to wait long at all for them to return my calls. In my view, anyone who doesn’t use this service is doing themselves a huge disservice. I n today’s service world this company is at the top of the heap. Thank you to Tony and everyone in your company for your trustworthiness!

Their response time was always very quick during correspondence throughout the planning stages of the project, and the service for the installation and repair was courteous, professional, and done very well. Why have I not used this company before?!! I’ve lived in Shadyside for over 7 years. In that time I have called many HVAC and plumbing companies for service with mixed results. I saw one of East End’s trucks last week on the road and decided to give them a call when my boiler stopped working. Not only were they incredibly responsive when I called, but they gave me a short two-hour arrival window for a technician (UNHEARD OF THESE DAYS!) I’m used to being told I’ll have to wait around all day. The technician, Justin arrived as scheduled, was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the boiler and didn’t rush to leave afterwards. He stayed to make sure everything was working properly before he left.
