[Truck driver] Best to come on time so they can clear out the four wheelers and small box trucks. I didn't ask but I'm pretty sure there's no overnight parking it's a small gated yard, maybe on the street but it's not that wide of a street. I didn't see any no parking signs but I wouldn't do it myself. Everyone I talked to was super nice. It looks like it's be a hard backing but it's really not. Nose up to the four yellow poles and just back your way in. Only complaint and it's super minor is the dock doesn't have painted lines and I had a hard time getting it straight but it didn't bother them that I was at a slight angle. Unloading was pretty fast too.

Been coming here for 40 years, since I was a kid with my dad. They usually have what I need to fix older plumbing. Great customer service

Poor customer service. Me and my wife stopped in to purchase a few faucets and we were told by several people that they couldn’t wait on us cause they were too busy so we went to Lowe’s and got what we needed.

Had a plumbing issue involving a dripping shower head with new house we bought. Knew I had to replace the stems behind the handles, not sure what they’re called, due to the gaskets on them being worn out after 44 years. Have looked around online, went into every hardware store around, and couldn’t find anything. The shower parts also had no pieces of information regarding brand or anything, which made the search even more difficult. Got here at 7am on a Friday morning when they opened, went through the showroom to the parts desk with the valve in hand. Guy took one look at it without even touching it, and knew exactly what brand it was, what size, where they were in the warehouse, etc. He came back with 2 knee valves for 15 bucks each and now the shower doesn’t drip anymore. Went there today needing help figuring out what part(s) I needed to fix my shower faucet. They were super helpful in getting me the right part that was near impossible to find online. I was able to fix it tonight! Super appreciative. Will be back.
