Their service was a nightmare to us. I came across them using a web forum and Jeff provided a quote that was seemingly lower that other counterparts. He did an assessment based on all the info Provided over the phone. However, this quote changed from $1595 to $2695 on the day when they came to pack. Also, the promise of “you don’t even have to lift a finger, our guys will do it all” was false & a nightmare. On the day the delivery was promised, upon checking with the driver we were told that it won’t be delivered today as he does not have men to help out. However, he later confirmed he will be able to come. The guy comes in and he expects my husband to help him with all heavy lifting. I recently did a move with East Xpress Van line Inc. Everything went perfectly. The movers were very polite and attentive. My things came on time and a very special thanks to Mr. Jeff Schultz, for all of his help my price did not change, and my furniture was not damaged. I think this is an excellent moving company. I will definitely use it again and also refer to anyone.

This moving company saved me from a last minute cancellation from another company - for our long distance out of state move. Oscar was able to get the entire move set up and all the moving parts in place despite the last minute arrangement. His team were professional, careful, and the customer service was notable! During me actual loading, I had questions, and he stayed on the phone with me despite it being after business hours until my concerns were satisfied. He even called afterwards to make sure we were happy with the job they performed. I would recommend this company to anyone doing an out of state move. Oscar is a man of his word!!
