East Hopewell Plumbing & Excavating

Did something stupid with a toilet I was repairing. Thought I needed a plumber so I called East Hopewell plumbing and excavating since they were nearby. Todd told me I could easily fix it myself. He walked me through what I needed to do. Cost me $15 at home Depot for the part and 15 minutes of my time to repair it. Can't ask for anything more. Next time I need a plumber I will call East Hopewell plumbing and excavating.

Great guy! Todd was friendly and took his time trying to solve a plumbing issue. He gave a very fair price to fix our pump and came the very next day to replace it. He was fast, patient with my dirty house and little kids and I would highly recommend his service

Todd Warner was extremely dishonest when he came to my house for low water pressure!! He 100% ripped me off!! He refused to do any above ground checks before pulling pump! Insisted he always pull pump first!!! $1,400 later! He told me the 90ft of wire was bad(it was not!) After that he looked at tank said it was bad and replaced it!!! ( Never even tried to put air in it!)He saw an opportunity to take advantage of me, and that's exactly what he did!! Shame on you Todd Warner

Todd is a great guy. My folks lost their well pump on a Sunday and he came out that evening to get them all fixed up. Very knowledgeable and does the job right. Don't hesitate to call.

Today is Sunday and had an extreme emergency. The sewer line in the house was stopped up and needed a plumber asap. Called Todd, left a message and within a few minutes returned the call. Explained the situation and said he would be over within 20 minutes. Came out, looked and solved the problem quickly. Extremely reasonable in price and highly recommend to all.
