Great place to see the game - the cheap seats! Also, a great way to exit the park from the rear straight to the parking deck

Getting there and parking went just fine. For the DPAC early parking discount rate it was 3rd floor and up. EXCEPT when the show was over and time to leave, both elevators were out of order (took the elevator down before the show without a problem). You have dozens of people in a crowded hot stairwell going up at least 3 flights. NOT fun!

The first employee we encountered at the American Tobacco Campus East parking deck this evening seemed agitated. I relayed that we needed ADA parking and pointed to a vacant ADA parking space on the first level of the parking garage of which the aisle was blocked by traffic cones. Upon acknowledging the traffic cones I asked her if the other parking garage levels had ADA parking. She responded with a sarcastic tone and advised that “every level of every parking garage in the United States has ADA parking.” Although that is the expectation, it is not the case at every venue. I didn’t appreciate the tone of her response.

Great parking deck for Bulls games and DPAC events. Always park here when in downtown Durham

I always Park here when I go to Tobacco Roadhouse to eat. It's free parking if you are going to eat at a restaurant, however, if you are seeing a show at the DPAC, then they will charge. Anywhere from $5-$20.00. They also have electric car hook-ups on the first floor.
