I've had my HotSpot-Stride for a week now and absolutely love it. East Texas Hot Tub in Tyler was the best, from the time I walked into their showroom to the actual delivery/set up. They worked hand in hand with my electrician so there was no guess work on setup day. Juan and Juan, their delivery staff, were fast and efficient. Thank you!

East Texas Hot Tub: A Wildly Good Time! Let me tell you, East Texas Hot Tub isn’t just the best place to get a hot tub—it’s where dreams (and occasionally wildlife encounters) come true. I went in expecting to just browse, but I left not only with the perfect hot tub but also with a story that will be told at family gatherings for years to come. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, walking me through every detail with the patience of a saint. They answered all my questions, helped me pick the right model for my space, and even gave me tips on maintenance. Everything was going great—until the raccoon showed up. Zach was very friendly and helpful when it came to picking out our hot tub. He was available through out the whole process and notified us of anything that was pertinent to our situation. We were in our hot tub the same day as delivered! Thank you!

Heidi was exceptional to work with before and after the sale. The hot tub has been awesome and is enjoyed by the entire family. When we had problems, their service team was helpful and both Heidi and Zach continued to work with us until the issues were resolved. We have had the best experience! Purchased our hot tub in 2020 and Heidi was so extremely helpful on getting us accumulated in hot tub ownership. We then ended up moving and had to put it in storage for a couple years. We just got it back up and running this January of 2024 and Heidi never missed a beat! She answers every text or call and is always available to help me problem solve. She will work with my schedule and meet me when needed at the shop. She definitely goes above and beyond!
