Replaced liner and resurfaced pool deck. Great job all around. Mike and Brandon did great work. They made my 43 year old pool look brand new. Pool deck turned out great. Would highly recommend east Texas pool Top Notch business!!

Parked in the front of this building with no cars around me to get into State Farm insurance agency. Came back out to find a work truck which I can only assume was for this business next to my car parked extremely close to my passenger. Thought nothing of it. Got in car and sat there for a couple minutes. The guy dinged my car and shook the entire thing, got to my drivers side looked at me directly then shook his head at me. I spoke to the older gentleman outside smoking a cigarette but he didn’t seem to care. Photos attached with the paint he left on my car. Didn’t report because it was just a little bit of paint but thought I should let people know.

They were so helpful in helping me figure out how to replace my leaking sand filter valve by myself. Saved me a service call!

Made appointment with tech to have a service call. Confirmed appointment and Pat said I was first on the list for Friday. My wife stays home from work all day. He never calls or shows up. My wife missed a day of work and they don’t have the courtesy to call or make things right. Very poor customer service. I will never again give them my business.

I have used East Texas Pool Service twice over the years. Once to replace my former pool shark jet pump (it was incredible) and lastly to have my leaking sand filter repaired. I never could have or would have even tried to imagine what happened as I thought these were good professional people making an honest living. I was wrong. The pump they replaced my pump with is half the amount of power (just barely enough for my 15ft round). And as opposed to my former pump this one doesn't have an on/off switch and must be plugged in and unplugged each time. Sounds trivial but when your doing maintenance it is a pain in the ass. Moral of that occurrence is that they replaced a broken good pump with a pretty shitty working pump. But I paid a lot for it including service calls... Now over the last 4
