I am very impressed with East Wichita Well & Pump Service! Curtis communicated well, worked hard to find a workable solution for us, and was honest and transparent in our dealings. He went above and beyond to get us a quality functioning well. I would use Curtis again and recommend him to anyone else looking to have a well drilled.

After paying extremely high water bills to the city for my business I decided to look into having a well put in to offset those costs. Not only did Curtis do a great job but he was also very accommodating by coming in on a weekend so that I didn’t have to interrupt our daily operations. Thank you to Curtis and his team for a great well and great service! Highly recommend!

Curtis was able to move the digging date earlier than scheduled, which was nice. They used big mats to protect my lawn from the tires (actually the fat tires should help, too). They got water without issue with good efficiency. Another peace of mind was that they included cleanup on the spot. Curtis was also responsive to emails. I didn't use the well yet and will post follow up in the future. So far I feel I have made a good choice.

Curtis delivered a a first class well in 9 days! I had contracted with another well company who kept stringing me along for 3 month. Curtis emailed me on Wednesday, he said he would be on site at 8:30 AM on Thursday. He showed up at 8:30 AM and by 10:30 AM the well was drilled and pumping 30 gpm. Very impressed! Strongly recommend!

Curtis did exactly what I needed done. His pricing seemed fair and straight forward. We were out of the state when Curtis drilled the well and communicating with him was great with email and texting. The invoice he sent was the same as what he quoted us. No hidden fees or charges. Real A+ company. Thank you, Mike.
