Their team made the entire process incredibly easy — from the initial pre-planning phase, to scheduling, to the final installation. They were organized, responsive, and communicated clearly every step of the way, which made what could have been a stressful project feel completely seamless. The scheduling was smooth and accommodating, and the installation team was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. Everything was completed exactly as promised, and the finished product looks amazing. My husband and I came in looking for kitchen countertops and met with Alicea. Her approach with a friendly smile made us feel comfortable immediately. She knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us put everything together. Her knowledge for stones was incredible and we are very happy with our kitchen. The installers were very professional. We will be back to see Alicea for our bathroom project when ready!

I would highly recommend East Coast. Alicia was very helpful in all aspects. From choosing the quartz to the final stages. She was very patient and helpful, especially I was so indecisive. Finally found the perfect quartz. I am also extremely satisfied with the workmanship of the installation by Otto and cutting of the quartz by East Coast. Especially the cutting around my sink, which is an odd or unique shape.

East coast outfitted the kitchens, bathrooms and fireplace surrounds in our new build. Their selection, knowledge and attention to detail can’t be beat. Through grappling over various stone products and several visits to their expansive warehouse, they were always there to patiently review our needs and assure our satisfaction. They have even been there, post installation, to answer questions about maintenance and care. It has been 4 years since our original build and a month since our basement project and they continue to be responsive to our needs. We are so pleased with all that East Coast has done, highly recommend…wouldn’t go anywhere else in RI!

Can’t say enough good things about East Coast countertops. Liza was incredibly easy to work with and helped with my color choices to a tee. Installers Brian and his partner Jim(?) were amazing. I’ve searched for the seam and still can’t find it !!!! Definitely 5 star reviews from start to finish.
