Miquel did our HVAC Maintenance in a pleasant and efficient manner. I asked Miguel if he could check to make sure the ventilation was secure from our cooktop, while he was doing maintenance in the crawlspace for our HVAC. Miguel not only verbally gave me the assurance that there were no leaks and Everything was fine with the cooktop ventilation to the out of doors. He even took photos to show me Miguel was patient in answering questions and explaining things to me. His appearance was neat and clean - a real gentleman. My heater stopped working right before the holiday and predicted freezing weather.
