Eastern AC Supply Super Store

Nice service and convenient location but the store at Company's Rd It's not well assortment because I was looking for two parts and they had only one and sent me to the other store to pick it up, I believe that the have to use an a good software to track how many items left in stock, and also need a have transportation mean to bring the part from the other store instead to the to customer has to go losing time and fuel.

The place is the best, was in dire need of a sequencer relay and capacitor...no one had it, These guys did! They went above and beyond to look for the parts I needed, specially the week of Christmas. Thanks fellas ! St.Nick.

Had a problem occur around 4:45 PM yesterday (11/13/2024) and panicked as I did not have the parts on me and all of the supply stores close at 5 PM ... I called Eastern AC Supply at 4:50 PM and had got on the phone with Dwayne and told him the few specific HVAC parts I needed and he had them brought over from the warehouse and the parts were there this morning (11/14/2024) at 7:30 AM which was supplemented by a text directly from Dwayne that the parts were in and ready for pickup. I am ultimately grateful for the service and respect I received and wanted to recognize Dwayne for the superior customer service and professionalism I received from him and Eastern AC Supply. If only every store would be as delightful to deal with as Eastern AC Supply we would live in a better world. Thank you D

If I could give 10 stars I would! Dwayne the owner of this store is real people, he takes the time to explain everything to you. We were getting price quotes of almost 6k. We have used Dwaynes shop before to keep our 2005 AC going for years and it finally died out. Of course living in S. FL it is right in the middle of a brutal heat wave in June. He gave amazing advice and not only sold us a quality system by Carrier he recommend and amazing installer who dropped everything and installed it same day. The Price for the AC unit and compressor was only 2200 with a 10 year warranty! The quotes we received where outrageous. Right now I am so happy and so very grateful. His store and company is old school amazingness! He takes the time to talk to every customer and explain everything an
