We cannot say enough good things about E.D.S. and its owner, Mark Guinther. After a sewer backup flooded our basement, we were stressed and overwhelmed — and E.D.S. immediately brought calm, order, and professionalism to a really difficult situation. The first crew, led by Jared, handled the removal of all damaged items and thoroughly power-washed and disinfected the entire space. Jared and his team (Matt, Israel, and Alex) were prompt, professional, respectful, and incredibly kind. They worked tirelessly and took an extraordinary level of care with every detail. What really stood out was their initiative and thoughtfulness — when I asked if I could borrow the power washer to tackle a grease stain on my deck, Jared didn’t hesitate; he simply took care of it himself. Working with Tom to prepare my basement repairs and remodeling was easy! He was responsive and knowledgeable and professional throughout. Everyone went above and beyond to make the experience great. Rob and Brian were here everyday and made everything look amazing. We did a partial demo of one wall and the floors with them, a series of water damage fixes, and then putting the basement back together again. Drywall, luxury vinyl flooring, and paint. They did the color drenching, they made me a beautiful, easy-open countertop for my sump-pump box. And they hung my dehumidifier with a custom setup from the ceiling! The team is awesome, you will not regret!

Everyone we dealt with after a water leak was super amazing and kind. Work was done on time We did some remodeling and Alex and Dwight had great ideas. Everything can out beautiful. Definitely was a pleasure working w Tom our PM.

Alex Doug Chris Scott and Mark, in no particular order... a phenomenal group of polite, intelligent, conscientious, industrious, prompt and skilled guys, all representing their company exceptionally well. I learned of a broken pipe on my second floor, by way of rain INSIDE my garage. They all showed up in multiple vehicles within hours and went right to work; due care was taken for my interior while they effectively handled all matters relative to my outstanding issues. I had no problem leaving the house while they were still working, giving them full access to whatever they needed because during the day they had proved themselves trustworthy. I highly recommend this company for an emergency service such as this.

Rob, Brian, & Mike B. performed our son's bedroom remodel/repairs after the ceiling collapsed. They were punctual, clean, efficient, & skilled in their work (i.e., drywall ceiling replacement, door/frame replacement, spackling, priming/painting, & additional punch list repairs).
